From 1 October 2025, Frenches Farm Livery will offer a dedicated Retirement Livery service, providing a peaceful, natural setting for horses to enjoy life at grass. Located just north of Andover, with far-reaching views and excellent grazing, we offer a environment supported by an experienced team who care deeply about the wellbeing and comfort of retired horses.

- Mixed, barefoot herd
- Summer and winter grazing
- Field shelters in every paddock
- Daily checks
- Rug changes
- Hoof checks
- Regular trims from our farrier
- Worming programme organised
- Tie-up area
- Field maintenance

- Holding for vet and dentist
- Paddock power licks supplied
- Spare stable if needed
- Coin-operated solarium
- Coin-operated DIY washing machine
- Access to cross-country field (£5 per use)

Yes, owners are welcome to visit — just let us know when you’d like to come.
Will my horse stay barefoot?
Yes, all horses in the retirement herd are barefoot with regular trims included.
Do you send updates?
Yes, owners receive weekly photo and video updates.
Are feeds available if needed?
Hard feeds are not included but can be discussed if required.
